I've committed much of my adult life to health and wellness study and implementation; mostly to ensure my health outcome is better than most I have encountered. I believe progress equals happiness and I know that on the other side of insecurities and fear lies infinite potential. I consider my own experience and struggles prove that a change of mindset can thoroughly change your life. And I live with such gratitude that I cannot imagine not sharing my journey with others. Ancestral living, biohacking, and a commitment to growth in training and in all areas of personal development are my grounding principles. 


A deep dive into ancestral wisdom has enlightened me to several areas modernization has failed us, from the spiritual domain to the physical, functional, and even basic health practices. To grow we must embrace discomfort, and most of us are unknowingly addicted to comfort, yet unable to recover from stress. Grounding, Breathwork, Hot/Cold therapy, Healing Frequencies, and Circadian Rhythm are the foundation for solid progress. I've found consistency to be paramount to progress; Consistency > Intensity.
